Do subcontractors need an account?
No. A subcontractor can open the private invitation link, mark whether they are bidding, enter pricing, add notes, and attach documents without creating a PromaBuild account.
Is PromaBuild estimating or construction management software?
No. PromaBuild is intentionally focused on subcontractor bid invitations, participation, responses, comparisons, and awards. It is not intended to replace estimating, accounting, scheduling, RFIs, submittals, or field management systems.
